PLEASE NOTE: ALL SESSIONS ARE ONLINE USING JANE VIDEO-CONFERENCING.
I currently work Monday and Tuesday each week. If you cannot find an appointment slot please let me know, either by email or by placing yourself on a waitlist for an appointment.
NEW!! When you are booking a session that has more than one person using more than one device, please book the “Couple and Family” option for Therapy, or the “two parent” option for Parent Consultation. That way I can see multiple participants on different devices. If that makes it too complicated, let me know and I will help you.

Individual, Couple, and Family Therapy
Family therapy can be for individuals, couples, and families. It is an approach that takes into account the significant relationships that shape who we are.. Psychotherapy is more individual-oriented and focuses on improving mental health. By overlapping these disciplines mental health can become grounded in an understanding of how and why we relate (or don't relate) to the other people in our lives. This can help to reduce stress and improve emotional regulation.
